Communicate better and get media attention

Learn how to handle the media, how to take control of the interview and how to get your message across clearly. Gain some positive media exposure and get ready to handle a crisis. Become more confident in meetings, doing presentations and public speaking.

Our training courses are specially tailored to suit the specific demands of your organisation. A pre-assessment meeting will help us to identify your particular needs and to design the training that is right for you.

The sessions include practical exercises using camera, microphones and spotlights, simulating real life interviews created by our journalists. At the end of the training, you will have the confidence and experience to get your message across either when facing the media or addressing a large audience.
